High Voltage Accessory (HVA150)

The High Voltage Accessory (HVA150) for Jupiter XR AFM expands the bias range that can be used during AFM experiments up to ±150 V. This allows for advanced AFM characterization of piezoelectric & ferroelectrics materials, 2D materials and thin films. With the addition of HVA150, Jupiter XR continues to extend its unique capabilities, making it the highest performing, large sample AFM on the market. This new accessory allows for:

• High sensitivity even on weak piezo- and ferroelectric materials
• Tip and sample biases up to ±150 V
• High voltage sample chuck for samples up to 200 mm

*HVA150 is an optional accessory upgrade for Jupiter XR AFM
